Riding and Driving
You learned to ride a bike because someone was willing to run alongside you until you figured it out. The person who taught you how to drive did it by putting YOU in the driver's seat. They sat beside you offering encouragement and guidance.

My onsite, embedded PD lets your end-users select a time-slot and a topic they want to address. I'll meet with them as a "tutor", encourage them and make sure we move-the-needle toward effective tech integration.
